Work Samples From Elliott Lauren
As an Assistant Designer for Elliott Lauren, I was tasked with doing technical sketches and illustrations of garments. These sketches would be used to show our in-house pattern maker exactly what we wanted the garment to look like. The sketches would also be sent to our domestic / overseas manufacturers. Detail and accuracy were very important in the sketches to clearly communicate with others in the production process.
I was able to do sketches for different garment categories including: sweaters, cut & sew tops, denim, woven tops, pants, skirts, and dresses.
